Malt forward, sweet, honey/watermelon

For our second experimental blonde ale, we kept the grain bill simple and the hop additions to a minimum to complement the 1 ½ barrels of watermelon juice added to this brew during fermentation. The malt and fruit characteristics of this brew really shine through on the palate, and clean aromas of honey, cucumber, cantaloupe and watermelon are also present. Crisp and refreshing, a pint of Washed Ashore Watermelon Blonde Ale is a great way to celebrate summer.
