Hop forward, balanced, coconut/pineapple

For this experimental tropical IPA, we decided to go all out. We aged it on over 25 pounds of organic toasted coconut. And also added nearly a barrel of unfiltered freshly juiced pineapple. This exotic brew exhibits aromas of toasted coconut, pineapples, mangoes and passion fruit flowers. Each sip starts sweet and finishes with a long finishing hop bitterness. It’s like Hawaii in a pint glass. Kāmau kī`aha!
