Spindrift IPA

IPA Offering a Crisp, Clean Flavor and Hop-Forward, Bitter Finish

For this American India Pale Ale, we brewed with one malt – American 2-row barley – and one hop. The shorthand for this style of IPA is a “SMaSH IPA”, or “Single Malt and Single Hop IPA”. Pale yellow in color, this beer showcases crisp, clean malt flavors and approachable hop nuances. This beer is smooth with a clean yet assertive hop bitterness on the finish.
