Malt forward, balanced, cherries/caramel

Sea Monkey is a Scottish-style ale brewed with hops, malt and yeast from the United Kingdom. We threw in 20 pounds of beechwood smoked malt for good measure. This crimson-colored brew has notes of dried cherries and crystal malt, with just a hint of smoke. Malty and full-bodied, this beer will lift your spirits and maybe even your kilt. Sláinte!
