Malt forward, sweet, honey/raspberry

For our third experimental blonde ale, we kept the grain bill simple and the hop additions to a minimum to complement the ½ barrel of raspberry puree added to this brew during fermentation. The malt and fruit characteristics of this brew really shine through on the palate, and clean aromas of honey and raspberry are also present. Crisp and refreshing!
