Hop forward, balanced, citrus/floral

For this American India Pale Ale, we brewed with two malts – American 2-row and C-60 – and two hops – Cascade and Centennial. This beautiful copper-colored beer is loaded with citrusy floral aromas and flavors. While this IPA may not wield the power of the sea, Poseidon’s Trident does wield the power of hops and malt to bring you this sea-riously good IPA!
