Hop forward, balanced, tropical fruit/orange/earthy

We kept the grain bill simple, 2-Row and a light crystal malt, and then loaded it up with Simcoe and Chinook hops for our interpretation of a West Coast-Style Pale Ale. Full of stone fruit, pine and citrus aromas and flavors, Plankton is full-flavored, easy drinking and finishes with a lingering hop bitterness!
