Malt forward, sweet, honey/passion fruit

For our sixth experimental blonde ale, we kept the grain bill simple and the hop additions to a minimum to complement the ½ barrel of passion fruit puree added to this brew during fermentation. The malt and fruit characteristics of this brew really shine through on the palate, and clean aromas of honey and passion fruit are also present. Crisp, refreshing, yet slightly tart.
