Malt forward, balanced, toasted nuts/toffee

For our interpretation of this North English Brown Ale, we stayed as true to the style as possible. We brewed it with Marris Otter malt, East Kent Goldings hops and English yeast. We even modified our brewing water to match the minerals found in the ground water in Liverpool, England. This beer is malt oriented and exhibits flavors of toasted hazelnuts, toffee and sweet barley. Elegant and smooth, this beer is a must try.
