Hop forward, balanced, grapefruit/floral

This grapefruit-infused Imperial IPA is teaming to the brim with grapefruit, citrus and floral flavors and aromas. To attain the desired flavor profile, we used an insane amount of pink grapefruit zest from our friends at Mud Creek Ranch in Santa Paula, CA. Despite the higher alcohol content, dry hop and zest additions, this brew is balanced and dangerously drinkable. We would like to extend our utmost appreciation to our loyal customers for their support of our brewery. Thank you for pushing us to experiment with producing interesting new beers.
