Hazy IPA With a Smooth, Bitter Twist to Its Strong Hop Hit
Hop forward, bitter, earthy/citrus/stone fruit
We used generous amounts of Amarillo and Columbus hops from the boil straight through to the second dry hop, loading this juicy India Pale Ale with earthy, citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors. And we kept the grain bill light, including 2-Row and White Wheat, to really let the hops shine through. Hop forward, slightly dank and with a lingering bitterness, Hyperbaric definitely lives up to its name!
