Balanced, crisp, clean, honey/pear

This German Kölsch-style ale is brewed with pilsner malt, hops and yeast from Germany. American honey malt accents the more delicate flavors and provides balance. Hints of honey, white wine, fresh pears and clean spring water are present, but none dominate. This brew is decidedly crisp and refreshing. Prost!
