For this India Pale Ale, we brewed with one malt – Golden Promise®™ – and one hop – Centennial. A rich golden in color, this beer showcases a robust malty sweetness and approachable hop nuances. Golden Promise is a beautiful heritage variety that is a perfect backdrop for hops. Centennial offers citrus and floral aromas and flavors, think grapefruit and orange blossom, along with a touch of soft woody pine. This beer is smooth with a clean yet assertive hop bitterness on the finish. All around a beautiful SMaSH IPA!
