Malt forward, sweet, honey/peach

For our eighth experimental blonde ale, we kept the grain bill simple and the hop additions to a minimum to complement the ½ barrel of peach fruit puree added to this brew during fermentation. The malt and fruit characteristics of this brew really shine through on the palate, and clean aromas of honey and peach are also present. Crisp, refreshing, and slightly tart.

Go for the peachy-keen on those warmer, sunny days.
