Hop forward, bitter, pine/floral

We used abundant amounts of Centennial hops during the boil of Dive! Dive! Dive!, providing a bitter citrus hoppiness with each sip. We then dry-hopped this American India Pale Ale with Chinook and Centennial hops, not once, but twice. Chinook provides grapefruit, spice and pine aromas, while Centennial introduces lemon and floral notes on the nose. One of the hoppiest beers we’ve brewed to date, this beer is not for the faint of heart.

Best for:
As the saying goes, “The hoppier the happier.” Definitely the case with this double-hopped brew. But don’t worry, be hoppy!
