Hop forward, bitter, citrus/pine

Deep brown/black in color with a thick tan head of foam, Cat’s Paw Cascadian Dark Ale is deceptively refreshing, with a nice blend of intense hop flavors, hop bitterness and roasted malt notes. Specifically on the nose, you’ll get grapefruit rind, a little pine, some tropical fruit and coffee-like roasted malt. Smooth, full-bodied, slightly sweet and very bitter, this beer is resinoulsy hoppy, roasty and provides a bit of alcohol warmth.
