Malt forward, sweet, honey/boysenberry

For our fifth experimental blonde ale, we kept the grain bill simple and the hop additions to a minimum to complement the ½ barrel of boysenberry puree added to this brew during fermentation. The malt and fruit characteristics of this brew really shine through on the palate, and clean aromas of honey and boysenberry are also present. Crisp and refreshing!
